Been running Ubuntu for quite a while on my primary computer which is a Dell Latitude D820 with a 2Ghz Centrino Duo, a nice 1920×1280 LCD (and two external 1920×1200 24″ LCDs, one at home and one at work). Nowadays equipped with a 320GB Samsung 5400 RPM drive. Also using a Option / Qualcomm G0201 for mobile communication (via the Swedish provider www.tre.se) and testing another one from www.ice.net. Best feature with the laptop is that I use the media-bay for an extra battery. Don’t know what kind of battery-life it gives me, but I almost never have to worry about it either.
